The rules that govern your use of Goalstar.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Goalstar mobile application ("App") operated by Macheme ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Goalstar. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To use Goalstar, you must create an account with a valid email address, display name, and username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that use false information.
Goalstar offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Goalstar Pro") available in three plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.
Prices are set in App Store Connect and may vary by region. Current pricing is displayed in the App at the point of purchase in your local currency.

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (goals, tasks, notes, plans). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or where required by law.
Goalstar uses artificial intelligence to generate goal plans, task breakdowns, and suggestions based on information you provide. AI-generated content is provided for guidance and productivity purposes only.
Stars, streaks, levels, badges, and other gamification elements within Goalstar have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed outside the App. We reserve the right to modify the gamification system at any time.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile and all associated data from our servers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you breach these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Macheme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.
If you downloaded Goalstar from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (Standard EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence with respect to Apple-specific provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
